OUR SPECIAL YOGA SERVICES
Special Yoga focuses on the body, breath and mindfulness. It is usually taught on a 1:1 basis allowing the sessions to be fully customised to the individual.

✓ – Improves sleep patterns.
HOW WE WORK
During the first session, we will sit down with you to discuss if any adaptations need to be made to ensure that the maximum benefit is felt. For example, we may focus more upon one aspect such as guided meditation or recommend purchasing products to support you during the sessions. If you have a Multi-Disciplinary Team, we will happily liaise on your behalf.
We offer sessions both in person (location dependent) or via Zoom.
